Bringing the Wood with Leatherwood

Alex Leatherwood grew up in Pensacola, Florida, where he attended Booker T. Washington High School. He was named first team All-Area by the Pensacola News Journal as a junior and senior. Leatherwood was five-star, top of the line recruit who chose the University of Alabama. As a true freshman, he played in 7 games which prepared him for what would be his biggest performance. During the 2018 National Championship, Leatherwood replaced injured right tackle Jonah Williams and the Tide didn’t miss a beat .

I can confidently say that any player that comes out of Alabama has already played at a high level, and having their skills translate to the NFL will not take long. Click Here for more Philadelphia Eagles and NFL Draft Coverage.
