After a tough overtime loss on Saturday, falling just short to the Carolina Hurricanes, the Philadelphia Flyers found themselves bouncing back against The Florida Panthers. The Broad St. bad boys were clicking on all cylinders. The Flyers take make Florida pay with a 6-3 victory.

1st Period
The Panthers would score first by causing a turnover in the neutral zone. Having good momentum, making crisp, and then finding Matthew Tkachunk for the score. The Panthers go up 1-nothing over Philly. However, Joel Farabee would answer back, as Morgan Frost rifles the puck and Joel Farabee tips it in on the former Flyer Alex Lyon who was playing goaltender for the panthers. this is Joel Farabee’s third goal in his three games
2nd Period
The Flyers come out on fire in this period. Winning battles in the offensive zone. Brandon Lemieux makes a pass to Travis Sanihem for a goal. Panthers even up the score. Sam Reinhart, who’s been known as a pain in the Flyers’ side since his days with the Buffalo Sabres. When he has three defenders coming at him, he makes a pass to a wide-open Brandon Montour.
This is where it gets unpleasant for the Florida Panthers as the orange and black go on an attack, scoring three goals in three mins. The first one from Scott Laughton scores on a breakaway, with a complete deke game on Alex Lyon. The second goal was from Travis Sanihem, pressuring the puck into the net. The third goal was from Ivan Provorov as he was left wide open in front of the net to make a big play!

3rd Period
Midway through the third period Florida Panthers cause a turnover in the Flyers’ defensive zone, and Sam Reinhart gets the loose puck and makes Carter Hart pay. The Panthers would add an extra attacker toward the end of the period. Morgan Frost strips the puck and finds the empty net goal. The Philadelphia Flyers put up 15 goals in their last three games. The Broad St. bad boys were clicking on all cylinders for the night, at least.
