DeVonta Smith to start tonight. Word is out that we will see the debut of the Eagles 2021 First Round Draft Pick, 10th Overall, Devonta Smith tonight. For how long, I’m sure only a few series if that. However, you can feel the excitement. We have been waiting for this for what feels like an eternity now.
Smith, was sidelined for a few weeks with what was being reported as a knee sprain. An injury that certainly could’ve been much worse and absolutely had us all holding our breath for a best-case scenario. Which we got. It’s ok to breathe now.
Jalen Hurts is set to at least start the game tonight as well. That first connection between Jalen to DeVonta is undoubtedly going to send “The Linc” into an uproar I for one will be on the edge of my seat (no pun intended).
Eagles take on the New England Patriots tonight in Philly at 7:30 pm. As if you didn’t already know, right? #FlyEaglesFly
