Dragons Get Their Fire Back

Dragons get their fire back in a 79-64 victory. The Drexel Dragons (7-5) went on the road to Williamsburg, Virginia to face the William & Mary Tribe (4-7) for the third consecutive game. Drexel jumped out to a 37-32 first-half lead and rode the momentum to a 79-64 statement victory.

As is the norm, Drexel was led by James Butler (21 points) and Camryn Winter with his 19 points to pace the visitors. The Tribe received another nice game from Luke Loewe (15 points) and Yuri Covington who chipped in for 11.

Another schedule change found these clubs matching up again as both were set to play other Universities. Drexel had their sights on Elon while Bill and Mare planned to face Charleston. The old nemesis, COVID changed those plans as Elon and Charleston are in shut down mode.
