Eagles Get Demolished In Dallas

The Philadelphia Eagles went into Dallas looking to bounce back off the canvas from that beatdown they received from the San Francisco 49ers. The Birds were looking to thump the Cowboys. However, that wasn’t the case at all. The Cowboys were well-rested for ten days. The Eagles get demolished in Dallas, Texas.

The Cowboys lost Their last meeting to the Eagles 28-23 in early November. Since then, the Cowboys have been putting away teams like the New York Giants, Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders, and Seattle Seahawks. The Cowboys had one thing on their mind: redemption. Wanting the Eagles to win was a fluke, and they did. The Cowboys beat the Brakes through four quarters of football. They won 33-13.

Dak Prescot With MVP Numbers

Dak Prescott, whether Eagles fans like to hear it or not. You can’t turn your nose at the fact that Dak Prescott is a candidate in the MVP race with the numbers he’s putting up. 312 Completions, 3,505 yards, 28 TDs, 6 inceptions, QBR 74.6. He’s a top 5 quarterback in the league. He’s put 56 points against the Eagles this season.

Dak Prescott is 9-4 against this Eagles team. It is definitely a thorn in Philly’s side. Dak Prescott was unloading the Eagles’ defense, spreading the football around, finding teammates like Cee Dee Lamb, beating the one-on-one coverages down the sides, or finding Jake Ferguson over the middle. Dak Prescott didn’t hold back from reflecting pain and punishment to this Eagles’ defense.

Dallas Defense Came To Play

Just as good as Dak Prescott was throughout this game. You have to give the Cowboy’s defense a lot of credit. Their defense held the Eagles offense to 6 points. The Eagles couldn’t find a way to assemble a touchdown drive. They had to settle for two field goal kicks. Jalen Carter would get a pick-six for the Eagles, trying to spark up the Eagles team. That fire was quickly blown out! The Cowboys made adjustments and took over the game.
