STARTS & SITS for Week 3 Fantasy Football

Well, Week 2 was much better for my Starts and Sits. Only 2 misses for the week! James Conner went off for 106 yards rushing and a touchdown. The other miss was the injury to Davante Adams who has 3 catches for 36 yards before exiting the game. I hope you all streamed TE Jordan Reed who had a day with Kittle out. Lets jump into the Starts and Sits for Week 3!

STARTS & SITS

START – QB – Dak Prescott – Google the Seahawks Defense! Anyone else do a double take when they saw the Seahawks have given up 831 PASSING YARDS IN JUST TWO WEEKS?!?! Cam Newton against the Raiders (571 Yards through the Air) was my initial Start but have to go with Dak here. The matchup is too good!

SIT – QB – Deshaun Watson – Back to Back sits for Deshaun. Its more his coach then him as a player but going to be a rough year. The offense isn’t the same and the Pittsburgh Steelers defense looks legit through two weeks of play.

START – RB – Kenyan Drake – Drake has been mediocre so far this season. The matchup gets a lot better this week going up against a Lions Defense who has given up the most rushing yards in the league (408).

SIT – RB – Melvin Gordon – The Denver Broncos have injuries at the quarterback, running back, and wide receiver position so you the focus will be on Melvin Gordon. They face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who through two weeks have only given up 169 yards rushing on 58 attempts.

START – WR – Allen Robinson – The Bears quarterback play has made it tough to get Robinson going so far this season. The Falcons pass defense will help both.

SIT – WR – Tyreek Hill – This one could burn me. Watching the Chiefs offense vs the Chargers last week, they struggled for most of the game. The Ravens pass defense is ranked 6th in yardage so I think they try to take away Hill on Monday Night Football.

START – TE – Austin Hooper – Austin Hooper got paid this offense but so far has come up small for the Browns. The Redskins rank 26th against the tight end position so far this season. Hooper will at the very least be respectable today.

SIT – TE – Rob Gronkowski – Its too EASY! You should just cut him. This is not New England! Speaking of New England they most likely will try to take away Darren Waller in this pass game. You can’t sit him but I wouldn’t expect a crazy performance either.

“I’m a blocking tight end. I came here to block, baby,” he told reporters, according to ESPN. “So four targets is four more than I thought I was gonna get.”

Rob Gronkowski

START – D/ST – Colts – The Jets are so depleted and Sam Darnold stinks! The Colts defense ranks #1 through the first two weeks of the season.

SIT – D/ST – Seahawks – They are awful and the Cowboys have weapons. Seattle’s pass defense has given up more pass yards then anyone in the NFL. The Jags & Dolphins have already played a game this week yet still trail the Seahawks in pass yards given up.

Picking kickers is ridiculous! Google the Over/Under and pick a potentially high scoring game.
