In Case You Missed It

NBA:
The players get back to work on Thursday but there was some news off the court as John Beilen is out after a very short stay in Cleveland. It was a disaster from the start. Associate Head Coach JB Bickerstaff will assume the head coaching duties effective immediately. The Cars are buried in the Eastern Conference Basement to start the second half.
NHL: Locally the Flyers had a big win over Columbus 5-1. Travis Konecny had a goal and two assists as Carter Hart continued to play well at home.
