M.V.P. honours of both the Bantam and Midget levels, and was also a two-time high-school M.V.P. Playing for Etobicoke/Rexdale, Michael was a member of the 1983 Minto Cup finalists. Later, in 1985 he was the M.V.P. of his Junior “A” team.

Moving on to Owen Sound to play Senior lacrosse, Michael won two Ontario Championships and one President’s Cup with the North Stars.

Michael’s contribution to the sport hasn’t stopped at the playing level. He has helped organize the local High School programme as a player, coach and referee. Currently Michael is in his second year of coaching the Junior “A” Burlington Chiefs, putting back into the game the dedication, discipline and great times he received over the years.
