Major Indoor Lacrosse League (MILL) Retro Game Of The Week

A big thank you to clerks37 for originally posting this game to the YouTube channel of the same name.

A message from clerks37…

Major Indoor Lacrosse League Game from 1990 between The Detroit Turbos and Pittsburgh Bulls has most of the game, and some of the introduction. Missing about the last 5 minutes of play.

This game took place in the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and had Bulls in their inaugural season facing the Detroit Turbos.   Both teams were struggling and saw this game as a last chance to maybe making the playoffs.

This was a physical battle right from the start!

Brian Nikula, and Joe Gold led the attack for the Bulls, while Ron Martinello, and Jeff Sinelli led the way for Detroit.

James Beardmore was in net for Pittsburgh against Ted Sawicki in net for the Turbos.

As Dallas Eliuk always points out…

***Notice how much smaller the goalies equipment was from back in 1990.***

Sit back, relax, and enjoy this game in it’s entirety (almost).
