The Philadelphia Wings ended the 1997 season with a record of 7 wins, 3 losses, finishing first in the MILL, and compiled a postseason mark of 0-1. Tony Resch coached the team. The 1997 Philadelphia Wings lost in the Semifinal.

The Saints had a strong offense with Mark Millon, Vincent and Stephen Sombrotto, Eric Seremet, Tyson Leies, Darren Lowe, Jason Mulder, Brian O’Keefe, Roy Colsey, and Matt Panetta.

The Wings had an All-Star offense in Gary Gait, Tom Marechek, Kevin Finneran, John McEvoy, Paul Deniken, Steve Govett, Chris Flynn, Scott Gabrielsen, and Jim Rogers.

The goalie match-up was a Hall of Fame battle….Dallas Eliuk for the Wings vs. Sal LoCascio for the Saints.

This was a real barnburner of a game!   Did I mention double OT??

This is an arena feed, so there aren’t any broadcasters, but plenty of crowd noise!!
