Major Indoor Lacrosse League (MILL) Retro Game Of The Week

Philadelphia Wings vs. Boston Blazers

It’s 1995 and the Philadelphia Wings visited the Boston Garden, which was in it’s last year of operation, to face the Boston Blazers in Major Indoor Lacrosse League action.

The Blazers were off to their best start in their eight year history (4-0) behind the scoring of Ted Dowling, Charlie Blanchard, Tom Carmean, Randy Fraser and the stellar goaltending of Marty O’Neill.

The Wings (3-1) were the defending champions, coming off their third championship in team history, with a loaded lineup of Gary Gait, Tom Marechek, Kevin Finneran, and John Nostrant, with Dallas Eliuk in net.

As always this was a rough and tumble affair, giving the fans exactly what the had come to expect when these two teams met!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy this game in it’s entirety.
