Owls Swim Past the Green Wave,72-68

The Temple Owls (13-11) trekked south to face the challenge of the Tulane Green Wave (10-14) in a Wednesday evening matchup.

Riding the wave, not really Green, of a seven-game losing streak. Tulane looked to calm the waters against the up and down Temple Owls.

A big second half which witnessed a 44 point outburst, boosted Temple to victory.

Tulane was afforded big games from Teshaun Hightower who threw in for 23 points. Aided by Christopher Thompson’s 18 could not offset the 23 points from Quinton Rose along with a 16 point affair from James Scott and a ten-point chip in from Jake Forrester.
