The Rider Broncs (7-3) went into The Liacouras Center to battle the Temple Owls (8-3) in a non-conference matchup on Saturday afternoon.
The game played out as a game of two halves with Rider holding a halftime lead, 41-33 fueled by Willy Nunez Jr. who put up 13 points and help from Frederick Scott and DI Mencia Vaughn who added 9 points each.
Temple turned the tables and the game with a furious second half.
Dominating every aspect of the game, the Owls hooted their way to a 45-25 second to tame the Broncs.
Temple was led by Alain Moore’s 15 points. Jake Forrester’s 14 points and Josh Pierre-Louis throwing down 12 with Nate Pierre-Louis contributing another 11.
