Side note:
Pat’s father Bob “Buff” McCready was the Buffalo Bandits first ever head coach in 1992, inducted in the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 1997.
Pat’s nephew Joel currently plays for the Vancouver Warriors of the NLL. Pat and Joel were teammates in Rochester winning the Champions Cup in 2012.
