Union fall to New York City FC

The Philadelphia Union fall to New York City FC at home, Saturday night, 2-0. The first half started with an early goal by Jesus Medina in the fifth minute. Jose Martinez was sent off in the 16th minute, leaving the Union with 10 men for the remainder of the match. Valentin Castellanos capitalized on a defensive error in the 65th minute to secure the win for New York City FC.


The Union are home at Subaru Park on May 4th where they continue their Concacaf Champions League run.
