Van Jefferson: A Mid-Round Steal? | Player Profile

Regardless of when the Eagles pull the trigger on selecting a much needed Wide Receiver(s) in this year’s draft. It’s obvious Howie needs to hit BIG on the pick(s).

What is one thing we can say for sure the Eagles NEED? Youth and Speed! What is it we KNOW the Eagles love in their wideouts? Size! Van Jefferson checks all those boxes.

Jefferson, the Senior out of Florida University is starting to climb up Draft Boards due to his off the charts speed and athleticism.

Transferring from ‘Ole Miss in 2018, Van went on to lead the Gators in receiving yards and touchdowns. Racking up a combined 1,160 yards and 12 touchdowns in his two years in Gainesville.

In his final collegiate performance, the 2019 Capital One Orange Bowl, Van put an impressive 129 Yards on 6 Receptions against a stingy Virginia defense.

Let’s a look at Van Jefferson.
