Wentz Traded to the Colts

Finally, it is over. Wentz has been traded to the Colts. Philadelphia has agreed to trade Carson Wentz to Indianapolis in exchange for a 2021 third-round pick and a conditional 2022 second-round pick that could turn into a first, league sources tell Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter.

Wentz haters may want him to do well in Indy. If Carson Wentz’s playtime is at or above 75% next season, the conditional 2022 second-round pick would become a first-round pick, per sources. The second-round pick also could become a first if Wentz plays at least 70 percent of the plays and the Colts go to the playoffs.

Now the conversation can shift towards the future of the Eagles. (as long as Howie doesn’t screw that up) With Wentz traded to the Colts, how do you feel moving forward? Is it Hurts’ team or is it possible Howie drafts a quarterback? Time will tell. Check back for more coverage by clicking here.
