The Whipsnakes Win in a Heart-stopper, 15-14. Jay Carlson (3 1 point goals) potted the game-winner with :30 to play to send the Whipsnakes to victory in PLL action.

A thrilling and entertaining game that pitted the two top teams with the Archers and Whipsnakes both coming in with identical 3–1 records. Faceoff specialist Joe Nardella had a huge day with a 23 of 32 day from the “x” getting the best of Archer’s faceoff ace, Stephen Kelly.

A very even game saw a 2-2 tie at the end of the first quarter. It was an 8-8 deadlock at the half. The Whipsnakes broke away with a five-goal fourth that was highlighted by the Carlson goal. Defensively the ‘Snakes were led by Matt Abbott who was responsible for three caused turnovers and scooping six loose balls.

Brad Smith enjoyed a fine day with his four-goal, one assist afternoon. Zed Williams chipped in with a pair of goals one of which was a two-pointer. Will Manny scored four times with a helper for the Archers. Tom Schrieber and Grant Ament both posted two-goal four-point games. Connor Fields stood out with a goal and three assists with Matt McMahon snagging 6 ground balls. Tre LeClaire who made his professional debut in the Friday game notched his first goal in the defeat. Whipsnakes win in a heart-stopper against the Archers.
